Tanja Rabrenovic and Bojana Radovic, Youth Correspondents from Niksic, were in Peja on intercultural exchange from 13th to 16th of August hosted by Local Democracy Agency Kosovo.
Whitin this exchange youth correspondents from Niksic had opportunity to visit Centre of Youth in Peja and Youth Sector of Peja Municipality where they were greeted by the director of that sector , Mrs. Jeta Nushi. In the evening hours, their time was dedicated to International festival of animated film-Anibar fest. Daily activities included visiting various cultural spots in this city like museums, galleries but they also visited Patriarchate of Peja and Rugova Valley as a part of recreational activities.
After this visit, Youth Correspondents will create video and textual reportage which will be promoted locally and regionally.
The aim of this activity is to enable intercultural learning for the Youth Correspondents while strengthening connections between young people and regional inter-cultural exchange between different communities across Western Balkans countries.
This activity is a part of project “Balkan Regional Platform for Youth Participation and Dialogue” and as a part of this activity it will be organized 16 exchanges for 16 Youth Correspondents who will research interculturality in 8 cities in 5 different countries included in this project.
