On 4th of August, the Local Democracy Agency (LDA) of Knjaževac organised a focus group on Youth Participation. Fifteen young people of different social, national, educational, and economical structures discuss opportunities and barriers of youth participation.
Participants debated about problems and obstacles that young people meet in their local community. The results of the focus group’s work will be used to create recommendations to improve conditions for youth participation across the Balkans, and to elaborate guidelines to develop future projects and activities.
This focus group is a part of a regional research on youth participation within the framework of the program "Balkan regional platform for dialogue and participation of young people of the Balkans", financially supported by IPA Operational Grant project funded by the EU, through the program Civil Society Facility - Operating Grants to IPA CSO Associations.
